Like its relative the swastika, the gammadion presented the solstices and equinoxes, or the four directions, four elements, the succession of generations and the four divine guardians of the world. A sauvastika represented the moon, night, and the feminine principle. A swastika, the masculine, signifies that which leads to the outer world and the feminine indicates a leading to the inner mind of man. It is essentially a cross spinning at its centre, with the angles at the end of each arm representing light streaming as the cross turns. Spinning clockwise, it symbolizes male energy; anti-clockwise, female. It is also suggested that the swastika is a conventionalized human form of two arms and legs or the union of the male and female principles; the dynamic and static; mobility and immobility; harmony and balance; the two complimentary phases of movement, centrifugal and centripetal, inbreathing and out-breathing, going out from and returning to the center, beginning and end…In all circumstances it is the symbol of good luck, good augury, good wishes, blessings, longevity, fecundity, health and life.

Mark of the chosen one

The Swastika is the oldest and most powerful symbol known to man. It is well known and is commonly called the Wan in China, the Fylfot in England, the Hakenkreuz in Germany, the Swastika in India, the Tetraskelion and Gammadion in Greece.

The Israelite tribe of Gad, indigenous of North America, have long used the symbol of the Swastika in the Americas long before modern times and is referred to as Sun Walking Across the Sky. It has been used by many cultures throughout the past 3,000 years to represent life, the sun, power, strength, and good luck.

From A Dictionary of Symbols:

Swastika: right-handedness is characteristic of all symbols of natural life…Similarly, the right side takes on an extra implication of birth and life, while the left side acquires an association with death. Another consequence, apparent in allegories and emblems, is that the right side corresponds to higher virtues. The swastika, being an intermediate sign between the cross and the wheel, is similarly regarded by some as a solar and by others as a polar sign.

The Hands of God

The Swastika has frequently appeared in Roman catacombs as a symbol of the four Evangelists with Jesus Christ as the center the power and cornerstone of the world. The Greeks had a name for the swastika: the Gammadion and they used it to symbolize Christ as the center and cornerstone of the four Gospels.

The Nazis were so effective in their propaganda, that many know nothing other than the negative for the swastika. There is a difference between the clockwise swastika and the counter-clockwise sauvastika.

The swastika symbolizes health, life, fortune, and luck while the sauvastika, the Nazi used emblem, it's meaning takes on the mystical opposite.

The Swastika symbol was stamped on Buddha's heart and therefore called the Heart's Seal. As a mystical cross with its arms bent at right angles, it suggests a whirling motion that represents good fortune and blessings. The word swastika itself is a compound of the Sanskrit: su - a particle meaning auspicious, blessed, virtuous, rightly and beautiful with: astika - deriving from the verb root “to be” hence the full meaning, “...that which is blessed and excellent.”

The meaning of this archaic symbol depicts the whole story of the cosmos and mankind. It also represents a contrast of dual aspects, the four directions of space, the four seasons, the revolution of worlds, cyclic progression and the union of spirit and matter and much more.

Because of the Nazi Party of Germany, the swastika has taken on a meaning of death and hate.

The Greek translation of CROSS: a physical instrument of punishment. Delving deeper into the Hebrew, it translates not only as a cross but describes the type of cross to carry: ha tazalab, The Swastika! The history of the swastika is evident. It's not an invention of the Nazis or Adolf Hitler but was in fact the oldest known symbol to man.

and whoever does not take up his cross and follow after me is not worthy of me.  St. Matthew X, 38  ...Daily St.  Luke IX, 23

In H. P. Blavatsky's words:

“Within its mystical precincts lies the master-key which opens the door of every science, physical as well as spiritual. It symbolizes our human existence, for the circle of life circumscribes the four points of the cross, which represent in succession birth, life, death, and IMMORTALITY.”
